Judge Orders Immediate Release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia from Immigration Detention

U.S. District Judge Panagiota “Paula” Xinis — an Obama-nominated activist with a Yale “mind virus” — ordered the immediate release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran migrant with alleged MS-13 ties, from immigration detention on December 11, 2025.^[0][1] Abrego Garcia was wrongfully deported to El Salvador’s CECOT prison in March despite a 2019 court order barring removal due to persecution fears.^[2] Returned to the U.S. in June for human smuggling charges (he pleaded not guilty), he was re-detained by immigration authorities.^[3]

Panagiota “Paula” Xinis isn’t a judge — she’s a left-wing operative in robes with the Yale mind virus. Born in Mineola, New York, to Greek immigrant parents, Xinis grew up in a family shaped by tragedy. Her mother survived a devastating car accident, receiving a pittance in a legal settlement that left the family struggling.^[14] That story fueled Xinis’s legal career — she channeled the resentment into becoming a champion for the “underdog,” but it twisted into a lifelong crusade against the system, even when it meant defending criminals over victims.^[15]

Yale Law (1994) was the factory — churning out indoctrinated fools who prioritize “equity” over law. Yale’s curriculum pushes critical race theory, social justice lawyering, and anti-capitalist activism, turning grads into activist judges who see every ruling as a “reparations” opportunity.^[16][17] Professors like Amy Chua and Jedediah Purdy teach “equity” over equality, molding minds to rubber-stamp “marginalized” criminals.^[18]

As a federal public defender (1998–2011), Xinis defended the indefensible — not for virtus (true courage and justice), but as a rubber stamp for letting criminals off. She handled cases riddled with “evidentiary and constitutional issues,” including appeals for violent offenders.^[19] One example: she represented a Baltimore police officer in a wrongful accusation, but her portfolio was heavy on indigent defendants with misdemeanor charges or worse — poor people accused of crimes, but often the crimes were real, and her “virtus” was selective, favoring narratives over facts.^[20] At Murphy Falcon & Murphy (2011–2016), she led the Freddie Gray civil suit against Baltimore PD, turning police accountability into a payday for activists.^[21] Was it virtus?
